Team 2 – SysTox

Humans are constantly exposed to a huge number of environmental factors that may be linked to potential toxicities via multiple mechanisms and biological processes.

How does toxicology deal with this complex reality today?

The vision of SysTox is to develop computational models, innovative methods & tools, and high throughput chemical screening that offer a great alternative approach to animal testing for a better understanding of the adverse health effects from various exposure.

We  apply integrative systems biology & bioinformatics methods to explore and predict the complexity of the biology on both integrative and systemic levels. SysTox leads and is involved in several national and international projects (PARC, OBERON…)
