Exposure to xenobiotics disrupts multiple molecular and cellular processes whose deregulation can lead to the development or the progression of numerous diseases (metabolic disorders, neurological diseases, cancer, etc.). The methodologies developed at METATOX-HUB enable to explore mechanisms of toxicity, such as deregulation of energy metabolism, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, cell death and inflammation.
